Dearest enchanted one, Thank you SO much for choosing to join the Take Me to the Lakes retreat! Before completing your booking, please take a moment to read these important terms:
Booking and Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £360 is required to secure your place. This allows us to lovingly prepare for your arrival. Bookings made before 1st June 2026, may be paid in full or via a gentle 3-month payment plan. After this date only the 2 month or full payment plan is available.
Payment Plans: If choosing the payment plan, your balance will be divided into four equal monthly instalments. Please ensure your payment method remains active throughout. Missed payments may result in losing your place.
Cancellations: Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the commitments required to secure the venue, catering, and all included experiences: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before 1st May, any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after 1st May, unfortunately, no refunds can be offered, unless your space can be filled. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your place to another guest (subject to approval).
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and should be arranged promptly upon booking to cover unforeseen events.
Visas and Travel Documents: International guests are responsible for securing the necessary visas and travel documentation required to enter the UK.
Transport: Transport to and from the venue is not included, however if you need any advice with this, please don't hesitate tocontact me here.
